CHAPTER 91 An act entitled * An act to incorporate the Enterprise Land and Lumber Company. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The capital stock of said corporation shall not exceed three hundred thousand dollars, to be divided into shares of the par value of five hundred dollars each, and none of the stockholders of corporation shall be individually liable for the debts of said corporation.
