CHAPTER 402 An act to amend chapter seventy-three, acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-three, entitled an act to incorporate the Wilmington, Chadbourn and Conwayborough Railroad Company. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That the name of the Wilmington, Chadbourn and Conwayborough Railroad Company, a corporation chartered by an act of the legislature of North Carolina, ratified on the thirty-first day of January, eighteen hundred and eighty-three, be and it is hereby changed to that of the Wilmington, Chadbourn and Conway Railroad Company, under which name it may exercise all the powers, and shall have all the rights, privileges and advantages conferred by said act of incorporation.
