CHAPTER 423 An act to amend chapter forty-five of the private laws of eighteen hundred and eighty-three, being An act to incorporate the High Point and Randleman Railroad Company, and for other purposes. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the bonds issued in aceordance with the preceding section shall express on their face the authority by which and the purpose for which they were issued, and shall be signed by the ehairman of the board of county commissioners of Randolph county and the clerk of said board, but the coupons shall be signed by the said chairman alone. ae
