CHAPTER 219 An act to amend the charter of the city of Greensboro. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: _
That all taxes now paid or which hereafter may be paid by the citizens of the city of Greensboro for State and county school purposes shall be paid by the county treasurer to the treasurer of the city of Greensboro, and by him applied to the graded schools of the city as provided by law.
