CHAPTER 358 An act to prevent discrimination in freights against the Atlantic and North Carolina Railroad. . The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That any violation of this act shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars for each and every violation thereof.
