CHAPTER 559 An act to amend chapter thirty-nine of The Code. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That section 1722 of The Code be amended by striking out the words in each year, in lines two and three, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words, in the year 1892 and every four years thereafter.
