CHAPTER 243 An act to amend the charter of the city of Raleigh. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That if any person shall attempt, by force or by threat of violence, to prevent the removal to the hospital of any person ordered to be conveyed thither, the persen so offending shall forfeit and pay to the city one hundred dollars, and moreover be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
