CHAPTER 336, An act to incorporate the South Carolina, Seaboard and Western Rail- road Company. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That for the purpose of creating the capital of said company any three of the corporators named in section one of this act may appoint commissioners at such places as they may determine to open books of subscription to such capital stock and keep the same open for such time as may be deemed expedient under such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by a majority of the said corporators. 1891.CHAPTER 336837. 4
