CHAPTER 588 P An act to incorporate the Brunswick, Western and Southern Railroad Company. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the said company may construct a part of the said road without building the entire line, and may charge for transportation thereon, beginning at or near Wilmington, North Carolina.
