CHAPTER 592 An act to incorporate The Fries Manufacturing and Power Company. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the principal place of business of said corporation shall be at Salem, North Carolina, but said corporation may hold its annual or other meeting at such other place as the board of directors may designate.
