CHAPTER 1 An act to abolish the January term and have an August term of the supe- rior court of Northampton county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That chapter one hundred and eighty of the laws of one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five be and the same is hereby amended by striking out in lines ten and eleven on page three hundred and thirty-two -332 of said laws, the words sixth Monday before the first Monday in March, and inserting in lieu thereof the words first Monday in August, so as to abolish the January term and have an August term of the superior court of Northampton county. :
