CHAPTER 3861 An act to amend chapter seventy-nine of the laws of one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That section one of chapter seventy-nine of the laws of one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the word first in the last line of said section and inserting in lieu thereof the word fifteenth: Provided, this act shall only apply to the county of Cabarrus.
