CHAPTER 68 An act providing for the hiring out of prisoners by the conelaaleannal of Cherokee county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall not be construed to modify section seven hundred and thirty-nine of The Code, but that the fees shall be paid as in said section directed.
