CHAPTER 72 An act to amend chapter forty-two -42 of the private laws of one thou- sand eight hundred and ninety-three (1893), and chapter forty-three (43), acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-six -1876 and eighteen hundred and seventy-seven (1877). The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That all laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this act shall be and the same is hereby repealed.
