CHAPTER 84, An act to incorporate Bethel Methodist Episcopal Church, Alamance county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to sell, directly or indirectly, spirituous or intoxicating liquors within the limits of said incorporation, and any person or persons violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not exceeding fifty ($50) dollars, or imprisoned not more than thirty -30 days.
