CHAPTER, 454 An act to authorize the treasurer of Randolph county to pay to John A. Wilson the sum due him as public schoo! teacher. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from its ratification. Ratified the 12th day of March, A. D. 1895
