CHAPTER 460 An act to incorporate Spring Creek Free Will Baptist church, in Mitchell county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That any person or persons so offending shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction be fined. not less than ten dollars or imprisoned not less than thirty days, or fined and imprisoned at the discretion of the court.
