CHAPTER 155 An act to amend chapter seventy-three, laws of eighteen hun- dred and sixty-six and sixty-seven, entitled An act to incor- porate the chamber of commerce of the city of Wilmington, North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified the 5th day of March, A. A. 1897
