CHAPTER 209 An act to incorporate the Chowan Educational Association in the county of Hertford. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That all money paid to the Chowan Educational Association by the Baptist churches named in section two of this act, or any other Baptist churches or Baptist organization, shall be expended by the directors and trustees of said Chowan Educational Association for the purchasing and improvement of school property at Winton in the county of Hertford, and the school property so purchased and improved shall be owned and controlled by the Chowan Educational Association.
