CHAPTER 112 An act to establish a system of graded schools in Henderson, North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the Board are hereby required to post an itemized statement of the money paid out each year, and for what purposes paid, the date of the transaction, and the balance to the credit of said school, on the day of the annual meeting (second Tuesday in August).
