CHAPTER 182 An act to amend chapter thirty-four of The Code of North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That Section 3138 of The Code of North Carolina be amended by striking out the word registered in line one of said section, and inserting in lieu thereof the word licensed.
