CHAPTER 342 An act to amend chapter one hundred and ninety-five -195 of the public laws of 1895, concerning Wake county superior court. ; The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The criminal docket shall first be disposed of before any civil cause requiring the intervention of a jury is tried; but nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the judge presiding from transacting all other civil business not requiring a jury as herein provided before the criminal docket has been disposed of. ,
