CHAPTER 392 An act for the establishment of Graded Schools in the city of High Point. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the special taxes mentioned in article 4 of this act shall be paid over by the tax collector, after deducting such comunissions as the board of school commissioners of said town shall allow him, to the treasurer of said town, and the said treasurer shall keep the moneys thus arising from special taxes separate and apart from other public moneys which may come into his hands and shell pay out the same for the exclusive use and benefit of said graded school only upon the warrant or ordersigned by the chairman of said the board of school commissioners and the mayor of said town, and the taeasurer shall pay out the money arising from the sale of said bonds only upona warrant or order duly signed by the chairman of said board of school commissiouers and the mayor of the town.
