CHAPTER 171 An act to amend the charter of the city of Goldsboro, and to revise and consolidate ali laws in relation to said city. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the board of aldermen may govern and regulate the speed of railroad trains while running within the corporate limits of the city, and prohibit the ringing of bells, blowing of steam whistles either during the day or night within the city limits.
