CHAPTER 174 An act to amend and consolidate the charter of the town of Kenansville, in Duplin county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That it shall be the duty of the town clerk and treasurer to make out from the county tax lists a tax list for the town of Kenansville, and from this list shall be made out tax buoks for said town to be placed in hands of constable and tax collector for collection.
