CHAPTER 307 An act to amend the charter cf the town of Sanford. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the real estate of infants or persons non compos mentis shall not be sold for taxes, and when the same shall be owned by such in common with other persons free from such inability, the same shall be made according to section ninety-two, chapter ninety-nine. of The Code.
