CHAPTER 307 An act to amend the charter cf the town of Sanford. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the signatures of the mayor and five of the aldermen of said town shall be sufficient in executing any deed for the conveyance of property by the town, after the same shall be ordered by a majority of the board.
