CHAPTER 5 An act to incorporate the St. Lukes Circle of the Kings Daughters for charitable purposes. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the St. Lukes Circle of the Kings Daughters, composed of the following members, to-wit: Mrs. Lucy Blake, Mrs. S. B. Foy, Mrs. M. E. Scarlett, Mrs. C. S. Lambeth, Mrs. M. A. Johnson, Mrs. A. M. Harward, Mrs. E. E. Moffitt, Miss M. E. Moore, Miss Anna Maynard, Miss Julia Royster, Miss Florence Telfair, Miss Anna L. Lagergren, Mrs. Ella Williamson, Mrs. Mary Sherwood, Mrs. M. A. Leard, Miss Lucy Brown, Mrs. Mets, Pace; Miss …… Montgomery, Mrs. Nora Atkinson, Mrs. Mattie Hall and Mrs. Annie Rogers, and their successors, are hereby constituted a body corporate under the name and style of St. Lukes Cirele of the Kings Daughters.
