CHAPTER 263 An act to suppress the illegal sale of spirituous liquors in Mitchell county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That this act shall be in full forge and effect from and after its ratification. ke _Ratified the 27th day of February, A. D. 1899 :
