CHAPTER 17. An act to regulate the issuing of liquor license in Northampton county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That nothing in this Act shall be construed to authorize the issuing of a license to retail liquors in any territory in said county where the retail sale of liquors is now prohibited by law.
