CHAPTER 333 AN ACT TO REVISE THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF GREENSBORO. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: CHAPTER I. Incorporations.

That for any breach of his official bond by the City Clerk, Chief of Police, Tax Collector or any other officer who may be required to give an official bond, such officer shall be liable in an action on the same, in the name of the city, at the suit of the city, or any person aggrieved by such breach, and the same may be put in suit without assignment, from time to time, until the whole penalty be recovered.
