CHAPTER 84 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE ASHEVILLE WOODWORK- ING COMPANY OF ASHEVILLE, N. C. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That Thomas S. Atkins and John Machin, together with their associates, successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby created and constituted a body corporate under the name of the Asheville Wood-Working Company, and under that name may sue and be sued, appear, prosecute and defend to final judgment and execution in any Court or elsewhere; to have a common seal, which they may alier at pleasure; to elect, in such manner as they may determine to be proper, all necessary officers, and to fix their compensation and define their duties and obligations; and to make by-laws and regulations, consistent with the laws of the State, for their own government and for the due and orderly conduct of their affairs and management of their property. ,
