CHAPTER 92 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE BANK OF RED SPRINGS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the capital stock shall not be less than fifteen thousand ($15,000) dollars, in shares of one hundred dollars each, and such capital stock may be increased from time to time as said corporation may elect, to a sum not to exceed fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars.
