CHAPTER 329 An act?to provide a short form for agricultural liens and chattel mort- gages, and to prescribe the fees for registering the same. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The Commissioners of every county to which this act applies shall forthwith have record books made with the aforesaid forms printed therein, and the cost of said books and the printing of said forms and also such other books as may be required hereafter shall be paid by the said Commissioners, and the said books furnished to the Register of Deeds of the respective counties.
