CHAPTER 4 An Act to Revise and Consoliaate the Public School Law. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The County Superintendent shall each year hold not less than one teachers meeting. in each township, which the teachers shall be required to attend, if necessary one-half of a school day may be set apart for this purpose.
