CHAPTER 418 - An act to incorporate the Elkin and Alleghany Railway and Power Com- pany, and for other purposes. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
All lands not heretofore granted to any perscn lying within the location made by the company for its work, shall vest in the said company as soon as the works are definitely laid out, through or upon it, and any grant of said land thereafter shall be void.
