CHAPTER 426 An act to allow Jackson County to issue bonds for the purpose of con- structiag or aiding in the construction of a railroad to or by the town of Webster in Jackson County. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the aforesaid petition together with the names of all the signers therecf shall be recorded in the minutes of the said board and the original petition shal] be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Jackson County.
