CHAPTER 59 An act to levy a special tax for Ashe County. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the Commissioners of Ashe County are hereby authorized and empowered, at their regular session in June, nineteen hundred and one and nineteen hundred and two, to levy a special tax upon the property and polls in said county for the purpose of discharging and paying the general indebtedness of said county.
