CHaptTerR 404 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE NORTH CAROLINA ANI OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That said company may build its said railroad and branch roads by such routes as may be deemed most advantageous and expedient, and it shall have all the powers and privileges contained in Volume I, Chapter 49, of The Code of North Carolina, and all the acts of the General Assembly of North Carolina amendatory thereof.
