CHAPTER 406 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 378 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1901 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This act shall be in force from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this 9th day of March, A. D. 1903
