CHAPTER 73 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE SOUTHERN LIFE INSUR- ANCE COMPANY, CONFERRING THE RIGHTS AND POW- ERS INCIDENT TO A LIFE AND INDUSTRIAL INSUR- ANCE BUSINESS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the corporation may make by-laws and regulations, consistent with the laws of the State, for its own government, and for the due and orderly conduct of its affairs and the management of its property.
