CHAPTER 299 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR A GRADED SCHOOL IN THE TOWN OF WILLIAMSTON, N. C. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the proceeds arising from the sale of said bonds, or such part thereof as may be necessary, shall be expended by said Board of Graded School Trustees in providing, by purchase or otherwise, such graded school buildings as may be required, and in furnishing the same with school furniture and other necessary equipment.
