CHAPTER 376 AN ACT SUPPLEMENTAL TO AN ACT ENTITLED AN ACT TO ESTABLISH GRADED SCHOOLS IN THE VILLAGE AND TOWNSHIP OF SWAN QUARTER, NORTH CAROLINA, IN THE COUNTY OF HYDE, RATIFIED THE THIR- TEENTH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1903 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That after borrowing the sum or sums authorized under this act, if said Board of Graded School Trustees, or their successors, should fail to set aside, appropriate and pay over in settlement of said note or notes the said sum of one hundred dollars a year, as provided in section one of this act, the members of said Board shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined or imprisoned in the discretion of the Court.
