CHAPTER 386 AN ACT TO FACILITATE PERMANENT ROAD IMPROVE- MENT IN THE COUNTY OF DURHAM. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times. and ratified this 4th day of March, A. D. 1908
