CHAPTER 399 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE COMMISSIONERS OF CABAR- RUS COUNTY TO SUBMIT TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF SAID COUNTY THE QUESTION OF ISSUING BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING, IMPROVING, ETC., THE PUBLIC ROADS OF SAID COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times, and ratified this 4th day of March, A. D. 1903
