CHAPTER 410 AN ACT TO REGULATE THE MANUFACTURE AND SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS IN ALAMANCE COUNTY.
That no person engaged in the manufacture of intoxieating liquors shall sell the same, except in sealed packages, containing not less than ten -10 gallons, and no person shall sell brandy of their own manufacture in quantities less than five -5 gallons, and no person shall sell wine of their own manufacture in packages containing less than one -1 gallon.
