CHAPTER 445 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 50, PUBLIC LAWS OF 1901 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That section 43 of said chapter be amended by adding to said section the following: Provided further, that the Road Supervisors, by the direction of the Road Trustees of any township, may accept an amount less than the sum of fifty -50 cents for each days labor, as required by this act, in lieu of each days labor, the same to be applied in the manner as provided by this act.
