CHAPTER 449 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH GRADED SCHOOL IN PIGEON RIVER TOWNSHIP, HAYWOOD COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the Superintendent and Board of Trustees shall make reports to the Superintendent of Public Instruction of this State as required by superintendents of public schools of the various counties of the State. :
