CHAPTER 711 AN ACT TO PROHIBIT THE THROWING OF SAWDUST IN NORTH AND SOUTH MUDDY CREEKS, IN McDOWELL COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That no owner or lessee of a saw-mill shall throw or dump or cause to be thrown or dumped any sawdust into the streams known as North and South Muddy Creeks, in the county of McDowell.
