CHAPTER 196 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH GRADED SCHOOLS IN THE FLAT ROCK SPECIAL TAX SCHOOL DISTRICT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Board of Education of Henderson County are hereby authorized and directed to transfer, by the execution of proper deeds of conveyance, all public school property, both real and personal, of every description now belonging to the public schools in the territory hereby constituted a graded school district to the trustees of the Flat Rock Graded School as heretofore specified.
